| 27 year-old Asian male with a nodule on left forearm. An excisional biopsy was performed. |

| The H&E sections show spindle cells admixed with adipocytes and collagen fibers. The spindle cells are immunoreactive to CD34 (photograph 4) and negative for S100. |
