| Immunohistochemical stains show positive staining of epithelial (and focal mesenchymal) elements with PCK and EMA. P53 shows increased staining of epithelial and mesenchymal elements. |

| Sections reveal atypical glands with marked nuclear atypia and pleomorphism, and atypical single cells infiltrating through stroma. In addition, atypical spindled cells with marked nuclear atypia are also seen. Fragments of cartilage are seen. |
