• P504S - aids in making/confirming the diagnosis of cancer or high grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia (PIN)
• CPP-32 - provides prognostic information for patients with high grade prostate cancer
  (Gleason score >=7)
• Ki-67 - prognostic marker
• S-100 - for detecting prostatic perineural invasion
